TUCSON, Ariz. -- Head coach
Dave Rubio and the Arizona volleyball team will host the Arizona Spring Tournament this Saturday at McKale Center. The event is free and open to the public.
The Wildcats will welcome in seven other universities for the 20-match event. San Diego State, Northern Arizona, Grand Canyon, Arizona State, New Mexico State, UTEP and UNLV will come to town for the annual tournament.
The McKale Center floor will be split into four courts five flights of matches scheduled for Saturday. The Wildcats play New Mexico State at 9 a.m., NAU at 10 a.m., Grand Canyon at 11 a.m., San Diego State at 1 p.m. and UNLV at 2 p.m. in the event.
Arizona will return 10 letterwinners from 2018's 22-win, NCAA Tournament team in 2019, including all-Pac-12 honorable mention selections
Devyn Cross and
Julia Patterson.
