FEDERAL WAY, Wash. – Twenty-three Wildcats competed in individual finals in Day 3 of Pac-12 Championships. Arizona placed on the podium in five of six events as the Cats moved up to third place with 410 points, 51 points ahead of Arizona State in fourth.

Augie Busch notes "This was another solid night for the men. Finishing off with a third place in the relay was great. We as a team and staff are really enjoying this experience and cannot wait to finish the meet off well tomorrow."
Personal Bests
David Schlicht earned another silver medal in the 400 IM with 3:40.14. The Australian earned an NCAA B cut and moved up to third-fastest in school history in a personal best performance.
Etay Gurevich placed fourth in the 400 IM with 3:42.47, good for seventh-fastest in school history. The junior improved almost two seconds from prelims and set a personal best.
Sam Iida set a personal-best and moved up to eighth-fastest in school history in prelims of the 400 IM with 3:44.84.
Noah Reid finished seventh in the 100 fly with 46.18, a personal-best and tenth-fastest in school history.
Jorge Iga moves up to fourth-fastest in school history in the 200 free while earning bronze with 1:32.91.
Thomas Anderson placed fourth in the 100 back prelims with 45.90, a personal best and fifth-fastest in school history.
Season Bests
Chatham Dobbs earned a bronze medal in the 100 fly with 45.49, an improvement from prelims and a season-best. In the 100 back, the senior also swam a season-best with 45.77.
Arizona closed out the night with a bronze medal in the 400 medley relay. Anderson, Schlicht, Reid, and Iga swam a season-best 3:06.61 (NCAA A cut).
