Tucson, Ariz.. – Friday night saw the conclusion of the Jim Click Multi-Events at Roy P. Drachman Stadium.
Skylar Sieben's 800-point performance in the 800-meter run highlighted the day for the Cats.
Sieben clocked a time of 2:21.73 in the 800-meter run to score 800 points to close out the heptathlon. She collected 2,057 points on the final day of the multis to finish with a total score of 5,103 points to finish seventh.
Sophomore
Dominic Gehr posted a PR in the discus throw with a mark of 40.18m(131-10) to score 668 points. He grabbed 1,231 in the pole vault and javelin throw to round out the night. Gehr exited the contest following the javelin throw.
The Cats will begin the Jim Click Shootout tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. MST at Roy P. Drachman Stadium with the ladies hammer throw. Running events will begin at 5:20 p.m. MST with the ladies 100-meter hurdles.
