TUCSON, Ariz. – The first and last games on the 2019 Arizona football regular season schedule, both road contests, received updates on Thursday.
The Wildcats' season opener at Hawai'i on Aug. 24 will be televised by CBS Sports Network, it was announced by the Mountain West Conference. The game will kick off at 4:30 p.m. in Honolulu (7:30 p.m. MST).Â
Meanwhile, the Pac-12 Conference announced that the Territorial Cup is moving from Friday, Nov. 29 to Saturday, Nov. 30 in order to accommodate a request by the league's television partners. Start time and television information will be determined at a later date, likely as an in-season 12 or 6-day selection. The Wildcats, who lead the all-time series 49-42-1, travel to Tempe for this year's contest.
Arizona's six-game home schedule remains unchanged. Early television selections to include the remaining non-conference games against Northern Arizona (Sept. 7) and Texas Tech (Sept. 14) are expected to be announced by the Pac-12 later this month.
