TUCSON, Ariz. - Head coach
Tony Amato and the Arizona soccer team began preseason training fo the 2019 season on Tuesday morning at Mulcahy Stadium.
For about two hours, under the guidance of Amato and assistant coaches
Paul Nagy and
Sandy Davison, the Cats got after it with some individual drills as well as some 11v11 play.
After training concluded, Amato took some time to discuss the first day.
The Wildcats were joined by special guest Lisa Fraser on Tuesday morning, who is Arizona soccer's first head coach in school history. She began the program in 1994 and coached through the 1999 season.
With the home opener just over two weeks away, single-game tickets and special ticket packages for the 2019 season are now available, as well as the promo schedule. Promotions include fireworks at the home opener, a noisemaker giveaway, and a special Halloween theme night.

By becoming a season ticket holder, you receive admission to all home games along with a season ticket holder gift, invitations to exclusive events, use of chair backs at all home games and complementary parking.
Season ticket holders who are current Wildcat Club Members receive complimentary access to park in the in-venue parking lot and those who are not current Wildcat Club Members also have access to complimentary parking across the street from the stadium. Parking spaces are first-come, first-served and not guaranteed.
