TUCSON, Ariz. -- Arizona softball has announced its 2019 fall schedule, featuring eight games vs. southwestern junior colleges over six dates this October at Hillenbrand Stadium.
The Wildcats will host three single midweek games vs. Chandler-Gilbert (Oct. 9; 6 p.m.), Phoenix College (Oct. 16; 6 p.m.) and Central Arizona (Oct. 30; 6 p.m.) as well as its annual Fall Invitational (Oct. 25-27).
For the Fall Invitational, UA will welcome Arizona Western, Central Arizona, Eastern Arizona, Cypress and Pima College for the three-day event at Hillenbrand Stadium.
This season, Arizona will charge admission for the fall softball season. Tickets will be $5 per date ($5 per game for single games and $5 per day for the Fall Invitational) and can be purchased by clicking
HERE or calling (520) 621-CATS. Season ticket holders will receive one complimentary ticket per season ticket for each date. Tickets will be general admission with seating on a first-come, first-served basis.
This will be fans first opportunity to see the 2020 Wildcats, fresh off a Women's College World Series appearance in 2019. The Wildcats return eight starters and four pitchers from last season's 48-win team that made Arizona's 23rd trip to Oklahoma City, including NFCA All-Americans

Alyssa Palomino-Cardoza,
Reyna Carranco and
Jessie Harper as well as all-Pac-12 performers
Malia Martinez and
Alyssa Denham. Additionally, Arizona will welcome five newcomers, including transfer Mariah Lopez, who left Oklahoma as the school's all-time career winning percentage leader, as well as three top-40 recruits.
