On Tuesday, Nov. 9, it is officially basketball season for Arizona's men's and women's basketball teams. Both programs are excited to open their promising 2021-22 seasons in front of the best fans in the country in the McKale Center.
With both teams playing on the same night, there are a few new changes to the 2021-22 seasons as well as adjusted details for the double-header. Please review the information below to help make your game day experience run smoothly.
Game Day Details and Gate Entry
- Tuesday, November 9, 20201
- Women's Basketball vs. Cal State Northridge
- Tip-off: 5:00 p.m.
- Gates open: 3:30 p.m.
- Men's Basketball vs. NAU
- Tip-off: 8:30 p.m.
- Gates open: 7:30 p.m. (please note this is 30 minutes later than typical game days due to the doubleheader)
Mobile Tickets

Parking
Due to the doubleheader, please review the parking information below for both men's and women's parking for tomorrow's games.
- Cherry Garage: Reserved permit location for men's and women's basketball games. Cherry Garage Permit required for entry.
- South Stadium Garage: Parking is available for a $6 Event Fee for women's basketball and a $20 Event Fee for men's basketball in the South Stadium Garage.
- Lot 6097 (East Stadium): Parking in Lot 6097 will not be available for the women's basketball game. Lot 6097 will open for Men's Basketball Permit Parking beginning at 5:00 p.m.
- Meters on Enke Dr./Meters in Front of McKale: Reserved permit location for fans only. Women's Basketball Enke permit holders must clear immediately following the game to allow parking access for Men's Basketball Enke permit holders.
- Lot 6098 (Pool Lot): Reserved permit location - The 6098 Lot will be available for Women's Basketball 6098 permit holders, but all must vacate the lot immediately following the game to allow for Men's Basketball 6098 permit holders to access the lot.
Parking passes have also made the switch to mobile. Please download your parking passes prior to leaving home to ensure a quick entry into parking lots and garages.
If you do not have a parking permit, all parking is cashless. All major credit cards will be accepted.Â
Concessions
You'll notice a new concessionaire in McKale! Aramark has new concessions throughout the concourse for fans to enjoy - specialty hot dogs, burgers and fries, kettle corn, burritos, nachos, donuts and more await you!
- Enjoy new Grab n' Go beer stations throughout the concourse
- All fans who appear under the age of 35 and are intending to purchase alcohol will need a 21+ wristband prior to being served. Visit the ID Check stations along the concourse for your wristband.
- Go Mobile! Skip the line and order your concessions through mobile ordering. You'll see QR codes throughout the concourse - simply scan the QR code and place your order from your seat then pick it up when it's ready!
- All concession stands are cashless; Apple/Google Pay and all major credit/debit cards will be accepted
- A reverse ATM is available along the concourse
Arena Policies and Security
- Mask Policies: In accordance with University of Arizona policy, masks are required at all campus indoor venues. All fans and patrons are required to wear a facial covering when in indoor spaces including restrooms, elevators, common indoor areas, and other indoor entertainment spaces. - If you have not been vaccinated or tested negative for COVID within the last 72 hours, or if you are currently having COVID symptoms, we encourage you to not attend the game

- Please note there will be enhanced security measures at each gate to McKale. Allow yourself enough time upon arriving to the arena to go through security and have your ticket scanned prior to tip-off.
- The Clear Bag policy remains in effect this season
- Limit the number of items being carried into the arena to avoid additional searches after our initial scanning.
