TUCSON, Ariz. — Day two of fall camp looked largely similar to Wednesday's opener, with the Wildcats in just helmets and focused on fundamentals.
Individual and position group work continued in earnest across the pair of pristine grass fields. This early groundwork and installation period will set the stage for success later in camp and into the season.
Following practice, the linebackers got their moment with the media as defensive coordinator
Johnny Nansen,
Jerry Roberts,
Malik Reed, and
Ammon Allen all stepped in front of the mic.

Quote of the Day
"There's no [guaranteed] starters, the best guy is gonna play. Competition, so now is the time. Every practice we're out here matters, it counts. That's how we're going to figure out who's gonna play and who's not." -Defensive Coordinator,
Johnny Nansen
