TUCSON, Ariz. - Arizona Women's Swimming and Diving is set to host Northern Arizona University and Washington State University in the Cat's first tri-meet of the season this Friday, January 13, at 2:00 p.m. MST.
The Wildcats are bringing it back home to Hillenbrand this weekend after competing in the Minnesota Invite last month, where several swimmers secured top ten spots and posted NCAA 'B' cut times. This Friday's meet will give the Cats another opportunity to bring in qualifying times as the Pac-12 and NCAA competitions are approaching this Spring.
It's been two years since the Wildcat women have faced off against NAU, when they defeated the Lumberjacks with a score of 173 - 123 during the 2020-21 season. The last time the Cat's matched up with WSU was last year in the 2021-22 season, where they were defeated with an incredibly close score of 129.5 - 131.5.
