Notes following Arizona's 72-69 win over Oregon State:
-Arizona overcame a 12-point deficit in the final 3:57 of the game, its biggest comeback of the season since erasing a 13-point deficit against Long Beach State. The Wildcats ended the game on an 19-4 run.
-The Cats forced 19 Oregon State turnovers. Arizona has forced 17+ turnovers in 14 of its 15 games this season.
-Four Wildcats had three steals (Esmery Martinez, Cate Reese, Shaina Pellington, Helena Pueyo) to tally up 14 steals.
-With the win, Arizona begins Pac-12 play 3-1 or better for the third time in the Adia Barnes era.
-Arizona's 13-2 record marks the fifth-straight season in which the Wildcats have started the season with that record.
-Helena Pueyo ranks first in the Pac-12 and 35th nationally in steals per game at 2.7. She's additionally fourth in the conference in field goal percentage, making 59.2% of her shots. She has averaged 61.5% over the last four games.
-Lauren Fields hit her first shot of the game, a three-pointer, at 2:28 in the fourth quarter. She scored on three consecutive possessions (eight points) to tie the game at 65-65. Fields finished the night with nine points, one assist and one steal.
-Helena Pueyo recorded her 200th career assist and ended the night with six to with three steals, 12 points and four rebounds. With the 12-point performance, she has scored in double digits in back-to-back games for the second time in her career.
-Cate Reese tallied her 11th double-digit scoring performance of the season with 14. She charted two steals.
-Shaina Pellington dished out six assists to with three steals, 12 points (5-of-7) and four rebounds.
-Esmery Martinez collected eight rebounds, five of which were offensive, to go with nine points and three steals.
