Postgame Notes - Arizona vs. Oregon

Notes following Arizona's 79-71 win over Oregon:

-The win over No. 18 Oregon was the 18th ranked win of the Adia Barnes era. The Cats are 1-2 against ranked opponents this season.

-Arizona turned Oregon over 20 times, forcing the Ducks to tie their most turnovers in a single game this season. The Wildcats have forced 20+ turnovers in ten games this season.

-With the win, Arizona has won four of the last five against the Ducks and the last two at home.

-Five Wildcats scored in double digits, marking the third time this season that at least five members of the squad have had ten or more.

-Every Arizona player who saw the floor against Oregon scored at least five points.

-Arizona's bench outscored Oregon 26-3, the 10th game this season in which the Cats have held the edge in points off the bench.

-With wins over Oregon State and Oregon this weekend, Arizona has swept the Oregon schools in McKale for three consecutive seasons.

-Madison Conner proved the catalyst for the Wildcats, leading the team with 16 points on 3-of-4 shooting. She made all three three-pointers she took as well as all seven of her free throws. Eleven of her 16 points came in the third quarter.

-Shaina Pellington took care of the ball, making six assists and committing no turnovers. She tied her season high number of rebounds with six and totaled 14 points to stuff the stat sheet.

-Arizona is 10-0 in games that Shaina Pellington scores 10+ points.

-Jade Loville charted her 11th game of the season in double digits, dropping in 13 points. 

-Esmery Martinez tallied up six rebounds, five of which were offensive. She made five shots to total 11 points.

-Cate Reese kept up a consistent season, scoring ten points for her 13th game in double digits. She brought down four rebounds and made two assists and two steals.
