-Arizona shot at a 72.2% clip from the field in the first quarter, its second-highest field goal percentage in a quarter this season (75.0% in the fourth quarter vs. Cal).
-With a 46.2% shooting performance against the Mountaineers Arizona moves to 22-3 in games when it shoots at least 40.0%.
-Arizona gathered 49 rebounds, setting a program record for the most rebounds in a postseason game. The Wildcats also set a program record for most blocked shots in a postseason competition with eight.
-With 25 points, Cate Reese posted her third 20-point scoring performance of the season. That point total is the fifth-most by a Wildcat in an NCAA Tournament game.
-Esmery Martinez's double-double (13 points, 12 rebounds) is the first by a Wildcat in an NCAA Tournament game since Trinity Baptiste & Aari McDonald each recorded one in the 2021 Elite Eight game vs. Indiana.
-Jade Loville scored her 1,500th career point at the 5:07 mark in the first quarter. She is the third active Wildcat with 1,500 points.
-Shaina Pellington closed out the day with 18 points on 7-of-9 shooting and four assists.
-Lauren Fields tallied up two points, six rebounds, three blocks, three assists and one steal. The three blocks are her most in a game this season and tie the program record for most blocks in a postseason game.
-Kailyn Gilbert played 14 minutes, adding five points, three rebounds, two assists and one steal.
-Paris Clark continued a strong season of rebound, closing out the day with seven boards. She also added three assists to her stat line.
