Wildcats Fall in Finale to Ducks, 8-5

Chase Davis, Kiko Romero, and Emilio Corona all blasted home runs in the seventh and eighth innings to pull the Wildcats closer to the Ducks. Davis and Romero went back-to-back in the seventh, while Corona hit his second of the year to lead off the eighth.
Starting pitcher Aiden May (2-2) took the loss after 5.2 innings of work in which he allowed five runs and struck out two.
