TUCSON, Ariz. – The University of Arizona Men's Golf program and head coach
Jim Anderson are proud to announce two signees in the 2024 recruiting class. Finn McCall, a talented player from the state of California and William Wistranda, a standout international player from Sweden, have signed to join the Wildcats next year.
"We are very excited to add two great players for our 2025 class," Anderson said. "Each come from different backgrounds with different experiences but both bring talent, energy, and work ethic that will help our program continue taking steps forward. Both Finn and William are players we are counting on to help us. We couldn't be more excited to have each of these players make up successful teams in the future."

"Finn has a competitiveness that comes from being a multi-sport athlete. He is on an impressive trajectory having committed to competitive golf later than most. He hits the ball very well and has demonstrated an ability to make a lot of birdies in any given round. I admire his fearlessness and competitiveness while maintaining a level of humility. We have had great success with players from his area and we believe him to be another future star in the lineage of great NorCal players becoming Wildcats."

Coach Anderson on William:

He has matured through the recruiting process and his experience gives him perspective that will only accelerate his upward trajectory."
