LOS ANGELES - The Wildcats are heading to Los Angeles from Nov. 7- Nov 9 this week for the ITA Division I Women's West Sectional Championship. Teja Tirunelveli, Josie Usereau, and Stephanie Shogreen will compete in the ASU Thunderbird Invite Nov. 8- Nov. 10.

Beginning tomorrow, Nov. 7, Midori Castillo, Martyna Ostrzygalo, and Tanvi Narendran will compete in the ITA Sectional Championships, aiming for a spot in the NCAA championship tournament. The matches will begin at 9:00 a.m. with Castillo competing against Elise Wagle (UCLA). Narendran's match begins at 10:00 a.m. against Sara Svetac (ASU). Ostrzygalo will also start at 10:00 a.m. against #15 Emma Charney (USC). If all singles advance, they will play again on Thursday starting at 12:30 p.m.

Meanwhile, Tirunelveli, Usereau, and Shogreen will be competing in the ASU Thunderbird Invite at the Whiteman Tennis Center in Tempe, Arizona. Information on the draws for the ASU Thunderbird Invite will come out at a later date.
