2024 Spring Recap: QB Takeover on Day 12 of Arizona Football Spring Practice

TUCSON, Ariz. – The Wildcats hit the field on a warm Saturday with a week remaining before the Red-Blue Spring Game at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 27 at Arizona Stadium.

Offense and defense exchanged big plays as Malachi Riley made an outstanding touchdown grab, as did Kevin Green Jr. The Wildcats' defense was impressive in creating pass breakups with Johno Price, Emmanuel Karnley, Treydan Stukes, and Tacario Davis each knocking down a pass during one-on-ones and scrimmage sections.

Quarterbacks Noah Fifita, Brayden Dorman, and Cole Tannenbaum show synergy with their wide receivers connecting on multiple well-thrown passes throughout practice.

The Wildcats have two more practices before the Red-Blue Spring Game on Saturday, April 27 at 6 p.m. MST inside Arizona Stadium. The spring game will be available on Pac-12 Network.

Head Coach Brent Brennan and quarterbacks Fifita, Dorman, and Tannenbaum spoke with the media after practice.

Quote of the Day

"I think they are seeing a team that loves being together. I think this place is always going to be about development and it's going to be about being a part of something bigger than yourself. If you want to do that, then you're going to love it here." – Head Coach Brent Brennan.

Quote of the Day

"I think everyone on the team knows what we have here, the family atmosphere we have - everybody knows that they're valued here. And everyone knows we want them to stay. I think we're getting that point across, but that's all we can control." – Noah Fifita.
