PHOENIX – The participants for the 2024 State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championship were announced today (April 3) and Arizona forward
Keshad Johnson is among those scheduled to take part in the slam dunk contest.
The event will take place on Thursday, April 4 at 6:00 p.m. PT at Global Credit Union Arena on the campus of Grand Canyon University and will be televised
live on ESPN. Tickets for the event start at $15 and can be purchased at
collegeslam.com.
Johnson helped Arizona to a Sweet 16 appearance in the NCAA Tournament while also capturing the Pac-12 regular season title along the way. He set career highs in nearly every offensive category in his lone season in Tucson, averaging 11.5 points, 5.9 rebounds and shooting 53% from the floor.
According to
BartTorvik.com, Johnson was second on the team with 49 dunks during the 2023-24 season, trailing only
Oumar Ballo's total of 63.
