SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — The No. 17 Arizona Wildcats (32-18, 19-8) moved one step closer to a Pac-12 Conference regular season title with a 10-4 victory over the Utah Utes (31-18, 16-11) on Sunday night at Smith's Ballpark.
The Wildcats magic number now sits at just one, with the second place Oregon State Beavers coming to Hi Corbett Field in Tucson next week; Arizona needs just one win to clinch the regular season crown. Tickets are available for all three games Thursday–Saturday and can be secured

Arizona starting pitcher
Cam Walty (8-1) picked up his conference-leading eighth win of the year after tossing 5.0 innings and allowing just three runs. The right-hander stuck out three en route to the victory.
Center fielder
Brendan Summerhill, designated hitter
Maddox Mihalakis, and first baseman
Andrew Cain all slugged home runs and combined to drive in seven of the Wildcats 10 runs on Sunday night. Cain's home run tied the game at 2-2 in the fifth inning, while Mihalakis' sixth-inning poke and Summerhill's ninth-inning blast helped Arizona pull away from Utah down the stretch.
Arizona's bullpen combined to allow just one run over the final four innings, with the final four representatives from the pen allowing just two base runners, to slam the door shut on the Utes.
