PROVO, Utah – Arizona lost to No. 25 BYU in four sets (18-25, 23-25, 25-19, 18-25) on Wednesday night in Provo.

The Wildcats totaled 10 blocks and hit .339 but the Cougars served seven aces and had a .369 hitting percentage to overcome Arizona.
Jordan Wilson led the Cats with 21 kills and a .370 clip.
Adrianna Bridges tallied seven blocks to lead Arizona's defense.
BYU won the first set, 25-18. Arizona had two blocks and served two aces but it wasn't enough to hold the Cougars who hit .361 in the set. Cisneros tallied four kills with a .333 clip while Wilson added two kills for the Cats. Bridges had two blocks to lead the Arizona defense.

The Cougars took a 2-0 lead in the match after winning the second set, 25-23. After trading points to begin the set, BYU used a 3-0 run to take the lead at 12-9 and held it the rest of the set. Wilson had six kills with a .333 hitting percentage and
Journey Tucker tallied five kills with a .625 clip to lead the offense. Â

Arizona won the third set, 25-19, to make it a 2-1 match. The Cats used a 6-0 run to take control and win the set. Arizona hit .485 and was led by Wilson with 10 kills and a .714 hitting percentage. Bridges and Cisneros added two kills each for the Cats. Â Â Â

BYU won the match with a 25-18 win in the fourth set. Following four lead changes, the Cougars took the lead late in the set and hit .429 despite Arizona's four blocks. Cisneros led the Cats with four kills while Wilson contributed three kills. Defensively, Bridges totaled three blocks in the set. Â

The Cats will take on Utah on Friday, November 21 at 7 p.m. MST for Arizona's final regular season road match.
