TUCSON, Ariz. – Arizona Gymnastics has been selected to participate in the NCAA Seattle Regional after an undefeated regular season at home and placing second at the Big 12 Championships.
Arizona Gymnastics will make its sixth straight regional appearance and 36th appearance all-time. In the 2025 season, the Wildcats went undefeated at home for the first time since 2004 and ranked second in the Big 12 with a 5-1 conference record. The GymCats stayed consistent in the top 25 national rankings and entered the postseason with a 196.525 NQS. Arizona placed second at the Big 12 Championships, the highest conference championship ranking for the GymCats since 2005.
Arizona secured two of the Big 12's "Of the Year" awards, announced at the Big 12 Championships on Saturday. Head Coach
John Court secured Big 12 Coach of the Year along with
Elena Deets who was named Big 12 Specialist of the Year. In addition, the GymCats received four Big 12 Weekly Awards throughout the season.
The Wildcats will compete against 7-seed Missouri, 10-seed Georgia, and Arizona State in the eight-team round of the Seattle Regional on Friday, April 4.
