TUCSON, Ariz. – Senior outside hitter Jordan Wilson has earned a spot the preseason All-Big 12 team as a unanimous selection, announced by the conference on Wednesday.
 
Last season, Wilson led the Wildcats with 446 kills and 3.81 kills/set. She tallied 13 double-doubles during the 2024 season and recorded 10 or more kills in 25 matches to lead Arizona in both categories. Wilson set a career high of 37 kills in Arizona's upset over No. 8 Kansas last season which is tied for the third-most kills in a single match in Arizona Volleyball history. The senior was named to the All-Big 12 first team and earned AVCA All-Region honorable mention accolades last season.
 
Wilson and the Wildcats will host the annual Red-Blue scrimmage on Saturday, August 16 at 2 p.m. MST in McKale Center. Arizona will welcome Northern Colorado for an exhibition match on Saturday, Aug. 23 at 12 p.m. MST in McKale before officially opening the season during the Wildcat Classic Aug. 29-31.
