Atlanta, GA – Arizona Men's Golf returns to action Monday through Wednesday, October 26–28, as the Wildcats compete in the prestigious East Lake Cup at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Georgia. The course was the home course of golf legend Bobby Jones and serves as the annual host for the PGA Tour's TOUR Championship.
The three-day event features four of the nation's top collegiate programs, including Arizona, Auburn, Oklahoma State and UCLA. All four teams advanced to the match-play semifinals of the 2026 NCAA Championships.
The Wildcats enter the tournament following a tied-for-second-place finish at the Abilene Christian Intercollegiate in Granbury, Texas. Arizona finished at 7-under-par (857), highlighted by a second-round 10-under-par 278.

Tournament Format
The East Lake Cup will begin with 18 holes of stroke play on Monday, October 26, determining individual honors and team seeding for the following two days.
The four teams will then compete in match-play semifinals on Tuesday, October 27, followed by championship and consolation matches on Wednesday, October 28.

Arizona is coming off a tied-for-second-place finish at the Abilene Christian Intercollegiate, finishing at 7-under-par.

Jorge Sampedro led the Wildcats in Texas, tying for sixth individually at 2-under-par (214).

William Wistrand recorded a second-round 67 (-5) at the Abilene Christian Intercollegiate.

Arizona will face a competitive field featuring No. 1 Oklahoma State, No. 3 Auburn and No. 46 UCLA.
