TUCSON, Ariz. — Arizona Women's Basketball head coach Becky Burke has announced the addition of Peyton Klauber as the program's Director of Basketball Operations.

Klauber transitions into the role after serving as Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement for Arizona Athletics since December 2025. In that position, she worked closely with the women's basketball program on marketing strategy and game presentation, helping coordinate promotional efforts throughout the 2025–26 season.

"I am thrilled to have Peyton join Arizona Women's Basketball. From the moment I met her, I was drawn to her incredible energy and positivity. She has a tremendous skill set and work ethic that I think will align perfectly with what this position requires," Burke said. "Our staff is grateful and excited to add another great piece in Peyton."

Klauber played a key role in the program's fan engagement initiatives during the season, contributing to a season-high attendance mark in Arizona's Valentine's Day matchup against Arizona State.

Prior to Arizona, Klauber served as Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement at the University of North Texas from May 2024 to November 2025. In that role, she assisted in the development and execution of marketing plans, promotions and game-day experiences across multiple athletic programs.

Klauber began her career at SMU as a graduate assistant in marketing and fan engagement while earning her master's degree in sport management.

A native of Edwardsville, Illinois, Klauber earned her bachelor's degree in sport administration from the University of Mississippi in 2023, where she spent three years working with the athletic marketing and fan experience team.
