TUCSON, Ariz. — Arizona Football quarterback Noah Fifita has earned one of 113 spots on the 2026 Allstate Wuerffel Trophy watch list, the Wuerffel Foundation announced on Tuesday.

The award honors FBS players who lead through community service while excelling in the classroom and on the field. As college football's premier award for community service, the Allstate Wuerffel Trophy recognizes student-athletes who use their platforms to serve others and make a positive impact in their communities.

Fifita, the nation's active career leader in touchdown passes, has established himself as one of the greatest quarterbacks in program history while also making a significant impact in the Tucson community through his First Down Faith Foundation.

The First Down Faith Foundation — which Fifita runs with his teammate and brother, Dash — is a faith-driven charity dedicated to honoring faith, family, and football while uplifting communities through service. As part of his foundation, Fifita has twice hosted the First Down Faith Football Camp, partnered with the Tohono O'odham Nation to put on the Generations of Faith & Strength Celebration, served at the Gospel Resue Mission, and much more.

Fifita and his foundation have poured an estimated 330-plus hours of volunteer work into the community while impacting an estimated 3,590 community members. Learn more about the First Down Faith Foundation here.

He has also excelled on the field and in the classroom during his time in Tucson. Fifita has thrown for 9,183 yards and 73 touchdowns during his career while also graduating with a BA in Psychology and working in a graduate program.

In September, 11 student-athletes from the Watch List will be named to the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team and become semifinalists for the Allstate Wuerffel Trophy. The Allstate Wuerffel Trophy finalists will be selected by the Allstate Wuerffel Trophy National Selection Committee, with input from a fan vote. The 2026 recipient will be announced live on The Home Depot College Football Awards show on December 11, and also serve as captain of the 2026 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team.
