Arizona Women’s Basketball Jacksonville Classic Opponents Announced

The Wildcats will open tournament play against Vanderbilt on Monday, Nov. 23, before facing George Washington on Wednesday, Nov. 25. Vanderbilt advanced to the Sweet 16 of the 2026 NCAA Tournament, while George Washington participated in the 2026 WNIT. Game times and additional broadcast information will be announced at a later date.
The inaugural women's Jacksonville Classic will feature nine Division I programs from across the country. Joining Arizona, Vanderbilt and George Washington in the field are Middle Tennessee, Montana State, UAB, Oklahoma, Oregon State and Virginia.
The Wildcats open the regular season against Stanford on Nov. 2 as part of the Hall of Fame Series in Las Vegas before traveling to Los Angeles to face defending national champion UCLA on Nov. 12. Arizona will also welcome former Pac-12 rival Oregon State to McKale Center on Nov. 15.
Tournament passes for the Jacksonville Classic are on sale now. Single-day ticket information and the complete event schedule will be announced at a later date.
