Accepted invite to play for USA Baseball's Collegiate National Team...Played in nine games with seven starts for team Stripes...Hit .273 (6x22) with four runs, one double, and one RBI...Made just one error on 41 chances behind the plate...Collected two hits, including a double, in the CNT's final game against the USA Baseball Olympic Team on July 20.

POSTSEASON: Started in all eight of the Wildcats tournament games and hit .267 (8x30) with three runs, four doubles, and six RBI...Selected to Tucson NCAA Regional All-Tournament Team...Picked up multiple hits in each of the Wildcats two College World Series games and drove in four RBI...Doubled once against Vanderbilt in CWS opener and twice against Stanford in elimination game.

Daniel Shawn Susac…Son of Nick and Shawna Susac…Two older brothers, Andrew and Matt…Brother Andrew played baseball at Oregon State and has logged parts of six seasons in Major League Baseball with the San Francisco Giants, Milwaukee Brewers, Baltimore Orioles, and Pittsburgh Pirates; won a World Series with the Giants in 2014…Brother Matt pitched at Nevada and for Team Croatia…Enjoys bowling in his free time; bowled a 246 in 2018…Majoring in General Studies with an emphasis in Sports and Society…Chose Arizona because, “They have a winning tradition and great coaching staff.
