Matt Caponi has been promoted to safeties coach and Andrew Warsaw has been named operations assistant.

Hired by Rich Rodriguez in February 2013, Andrew Warsaw joins the Arizona football staff as an operations coordinator. He comes to Tucson after stints at Fordham, the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Penn and Villanova.
He spent the 2012 season at Fordham and served as the director of operations. For the 2011 campaign, he served as the director of operations and recruiting coordinator at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. Warsaw served as the assistant director of football operations at the University of Pennsylvania in 2010, helping the Quakers to the 2010 Ivy League title. Warsaw served as an intern at Villanova in 2009 as the Wildcats won the NCAA FCS National Championship that season.
A 2009 graduate of the West Virginia, Warsaw served as a student manager for four years as an undergraduate. He helped with preparations for two bowl game appearances by the Mountaineers, the 2008 Fiesta Bowl and the 2008 Meineke Car Care Bowl.
