2023 (XC) – Clocked a season best 8k time of 24:28.1 at the Pac-12 Championships… Finished 12th in the 8k at the Dave Murray Invitational… Ran a personal best 4.5-mile time of 24:07.0 and finished 36th at the George Kyte Invitational… Posted a time of 31:22.1 in the 10k at the NCAA Western Regionals… Competed at both the Pac-12 Championships and NCAA Western Regionals… Appeared in all six meets.

2023 Outdoor – Ran a 1500m personal best time of 4:00.17 at the Willie Williams Classic… Clocked a PR time of 8:45.14 and finished fourth in the 3000m at the Jim Click Shootout… Appeared in three meets.
