2024 Outdoor – Clocked a personal best time of 2:15.00 in the 800m at the Arizona Spring Break Fiesta to place third… Finished ninth in the 800m at the Willie Williams Classic… Appeared in two meets.

2024 Indoor – Did not compete in the 2024 indoor season.

2023 (XC) – Ran a personal best time of 21:03.6 in her first collegiate 6k at the UC Riverside Invitational to place 21st… Finished 18th in the 6k at the Dave Murray Invitational… Competed at both the Pac-12 Championships and NCAA Western Regionals… Appeared in five meets.

High School: Attended Ernest Manning High School in Calgary, Alberta, Canada… Won both the U20 3000m steeplechase (10:42.78) and the U20 800m (2:07.17) at the 2023 Canadian Track and Field Championships… Was also a member of the women’s U20 4x400m relay team that won at the 2023 Canadian Track and Field Championships… Competed at the 2023 Pan American Games in Puerto Rico for Team Canada where she finished second in the 800m and fourth in the 4x400m… Won the 800m at the 2023 Alberta Provincial Championships… Won the 400m, 2000m steeplechase, 4x400m relay, and placed third in the 400m hurdles at the 2022 Canadian Legion Nationals… Calgary City High School Champion in the 400m, 800m, women’s 4x400m, and mixed 4x400m in 2023… Won the Calgary City High School Cross Country Championship in 2022 and placed second in 2023… Named as her high school’s team MVP in both cross country and track and field in 2022 and 2023… Holds records in the ASAA Senior Girls Provincial 800m, Alberta U19 Provincial 800m, Alberta U19 Provincial 3000m steeplechase, and Alberta U19 Indoor 1000m.

Personal: Born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada… Daughter of Seth and Tara… Has one sister, Tierney… Pursuing a degree in physiology and medical sciences… 3x qualifier for the World Irish Dance Championships (2016-18).
