Before Arizona: Spent redshirt 2020 season as a true freshman at Colorado… Comes from Wildcat Family with brother Jalen on football team and as a legacy as his father, Sean, also played at Arizona during Desert Swarm era and mother, Cha-Ron, was member of Arizona’s women’s basketball program… Four-star prospect coming out of Higley High School… ESPN’s No. 84 prospect for the entire 2020 recruiting class… One of the top players in the state of Arizona by all recruiting services… Selected to Under Armour All-American Game… Earned the Curley Gulp Award as a senior, given to the best defensive lineman in the state of Arizona… As a senior when Higley was 8-4, he compiled 54 tackles (33 solo) with 26 tackles for loss, 24 sacks, 15 quarterback hurries, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery… He had at least one sack in 10 games his senior year and five games with three-plus sacks… His junior season Higley went 9-4, he had 32 tackles with 11 for a loss and nine sacks, four quarterback hurries and one pass breakup… Also standout on the basketball court for Higley with career averages of 16.7 points, 7.9 rebounds, 1.6 blocks and 1.5 assists per game... Member of head coach Jedd Fisch’s first recruiting class at Arizona.

Personal: His parents are Sean and Cha-Ron Harris … His dad played football in the NFL for seven seasons with the Chicago Bears and Indianapolis Colts after playing college football at Arizona, where he was a team captain in 1994 … His mom played basketball at Arizona from 1996-98 … He has two siblings, brother Jalen and sister Kayla.
