Andrew Morgan

Morgan, 21, returns to the desert after contributing to successful recruiting efforts at both the University of Arizona and the University of Idaho.

A native of Anthem, Arizona, Morgan spent the 2022–24 seasons with the Wildcats as a player personnel intern under head coaches Jedd Fisch and Brent Brennan. His responsibilities included talent identification and evaluation, managing recruiting databases, and assisting with both official and unofficial visits. During his tenure in Tucson, Morgan contributed to Arizona’s 40th-ranked recruiting class in 2023 and played a key role in assembling the Wildcats’ 37th-ranked transfer portal class in 2024.

In January 2025, Morgan joined the University of Idaho, where he coordinated the Vandals’ 2026 recruiting class—the highest-rated class in program history and the top-ranked recruiting class at the FCS level. In addition to his recruiting duties, Morgan worked closely with the tight ends, assisting with practice preparation, film breakdown, scouting reports, weekly game planning, and on-field instruction throughout the season.

Morgan earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Arizona in 2025.

Prior to his collegiate personnel experience, Morgan worked as a journalist covering high school sports across Arizona, providing him with extensive knowledge of the state’s high school talent landscape.
