Courtney Detlefsen joined the Arizona Football as the Assistant Director of Internal Operations in August of 2024 and enters her second season with the program in 2025.  

Detlefsen most recently worked for the Wildcats as a Football Operations intern from May of 2023 to May of 2024. She played a pivotal role in the execution of various important events, including youth camps, 2024 NFL Pro Day, coaching clinics, official visits, 2024 Senior Day, and team outings ensuring a positive experience for all participants. Served as the key point of contact for Arizona gameday tailgates, assisting in ticket allotments, making and organizing credentials, and assisting families and recruits around Arizona Stadium. 

She worked for the Arizona Diamondbacks as a Fan Experience Intern from March of 2024 until August of 2024 prior to accepting her new role with the Wildcats. Detlefsen also served as a 2024 NCAA Men's Final Four Ambassador at State Farm Stadium (Arizona Cardinals) in March of this year. 

Detlefsen graduated from the University of Arizona in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the Eller College of Management. She earned the Arizona Excellence Scholarship, Dean's List with Distinction, Eller Scholar of the Year 2023 Nominee, Eller Top-50 Collegiate Women of the Year in 2023.
