Fletcher Kelly was hired as Director of Scouting by Head Coach Brent Brennan in February of 2024 and he enters his second season with the Wildcats.
Kelly joins the Arizona Wildcats after one season at San Jose State as the Director of Player Personnel.
A graduate from Boise State University in 2022, he became a quality control coach and helped guide the tight ends while serving as recruiting specialist for the Broncos. He was a part of the coaching staff that won Mountain West Championships in 2017 and 2019.
Kelly is a native of Homedale, Idaho and he played four years of football in high school. Â
