2019 Outdoor: Competed in seven events, including the NCAA Championships … Won the 4x400 meter relay at the Desert Heat Classic with a time of 3:08.71 … Took second at the Willie Williams Classic College after clocking a time of 1:51.04 in the 800-meter race … Placed second in the 4x400 meter relay and fifth in the 400-meter hurdles at the Pac-12 Championships … Ran a time of 3:07.13 in the 4x400 at the NCAA Championships.

2019 Indoor: Made five appearances … Opened the season at NAU Friday Night Duals where he won the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:12.72 and took second in the 400-meter race with a time of 48.25 … Clocked two PRs in the 400 and 600-meter races at the New Mexico Classic with times of 48.14 (400) and 1:17.52 (600) … Ran another PR time of 1:51.39 in the 800-meter race to finish fourth at the Texas Tech Shootout … Concluded the season at the MPSF Championships where he placed third in the 4x400 meter relay.

2018 Outdoor: Won 4x400-meter relay Pac-12 Championship with a time of 3:07.46 ... Set the Arizona Freshman 400-meter hurdle record at the NCAA championships with a time of 50.49 ... Finished seventh overall at the NCAA Championships with a time of 50.63 in the 400mH ... Finished third in the Pac-12 Championships 400mH contest with a time of 51.06 ... Clocked a time of 50.96 in the 400mH at the Jim Click Shootout to finish second ... Set a PR in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:49.45.
