Elle McAlister joined the C.A.T.S. Academics team in January 2022 as an Academic Counselor. She currently works with Women's Tennis, Men's Tennis, Softball, Soccer and Women's Swim & Dive.
Prior to joining the C.A.T.S. Academics team, McAlister was an Assistant Academic Coordinator at Syracuse University. McAlister was instrumental in tracking and monitoring Football players, while also performing administrative duties for Women’s Lacrosse and Women’s Tennis programs.
McAlister was an intern in CAAS at the University of Memphis where she worked with Baseball, Football, Softball, Men’s Soccer, and Men’s and Women’s Track & Field. At Memphis, she helped renovate the tutorial hiring process with training materials and evaluations.
Originally from Overland Park, Kansas, McAlister holds a B.S. in Business Administration for Marketing and an M.S in Counseling and Student Development with an emphasis in Intercollegiate Athletics, both from Kansas State University.
