SAN DIEGO, Calif.--- University of Arizona Senior Robin Chou and freshman Shoki Kasahara battled until the end, but saw their tournament run end Saturday, after an impressive run in the doubles portion of the San Diego State Invitational.
Chou and Kasahara advanced all the way to the semifinals of main draw doubles action, before dropping a hard-fought 8-5 contest to Loyola Marymount's duo of Joat Farah, and Othar Kordaschia. This was Chou and Kasahara's first time competing in doubles play together for Arizona.
The Wildcats be back in action again tomorrow, as they will conclude tournament play in San Diego.
