Head coach Dave Rubio has seen incredible success on the court in his 23-plus seasons as the head coach of the Arizona volleyball team. He has coached five All-Americans and an Olympian. His players have helped him to to 17 NCAA Tournaments, a Pac-10 title (2000) and a Final Four (2001). 

Rubio brought his Southern California roots to Tucson, setting up a Hollywood-esque "family tree" at Arizona. These famous ties were detailed in a recent story from Destination Volleyball, that can be found here.
