TUCSON, Ariz. – Arizona cross country will compete on Friday, Nov. 11 at the Western Regional cross country meet in Sacramento, Calif. The team will only send the women's squad to the meet. The women will run in a 6K race starting at 12 p.m. MST. You can follow live results here

Competing for the women will be
Jennie Baragar-Petrash,
Kayla Ferron,
McKenna Gaffney,
Claire Green,
Annie Richards,
Kirsten Vergara,
Hannah Whetzel and
Addi Zerrenner.
Last year at the Western Regional meet, Arizona's women finished in 14th and were led by Zerrenner and Green. Zerrenner took 30th place and Green took 41st. Arizona most recently finished in eighth-place at this year's Pac-12 championships.
Zerrenner and Green have again led Arizona this season, and have both made larger strides that they look to continue in this year's Regional and National meets. Zerrenner and Green have finished in the top-two for Arizona in every meet this season. Most recently, Zerrenner earned All-Pac-12 honors after finishing in 10th place at the Pac-12 cross country championships.
