Knoxville, Tenn. – The University of Arizona women's soccer team was defeated by Tennessee by a score of 3-2 on Friday night in Knoxville,Tenn. The Vols put in goals in the first half, and at the beginning of the second. The Cats responded, with goals from
Samantha Falasco and Kieneker to tie the match 2-2. The game-winning goal was scored by Tennessee in the 89
th minute.
With that, the 2018 season comes to a close with Arizona advancing to the NCAA Tournament for the fourth time in five seasons. This year's senior class became the winningest class in school history while Kieneker became the winningest player in school history.
