
Brooks Fail Leads the Way as the Cats Wrap up Day 2

Fail placed 2nd with a time 4:11.79, also qualifying for an NCAA A cut. That marked the nation's fastest time this fall and is the program's fourth-fastest in program history. Fail had the top prelim time (4:12.17) of the morning before placing 2nd in the final.
Senior Ayumi Macias placed 4th in the women's 500 free final with a time of 4:42.46
