FEDERAL WAY, Wash. – Arizona men's swimming ends night one of Pac-12 Championships in fourth place with 129 points, only 8 points behind Cal in third.

Season Bests
To open the night, the 200 medley relay finished fourth. Thomas Anderson, Matt Salerno, Chatham Dobbs, and Marin Ercegovic earned an NCAA B cut with a season-best 1:24.69.

Jorge Iga, Aldan Johnston, Daniel Namir, and Brooks Fail earned bronze in the 800 free relay. Arizona's A team earned an A cut with 6:17.45 in a season best effort.

Head Coach Augie Busch is happy with the first day's performance, "This was a very good start to our meet. Both relays strong with a podium finish in the 800 and a lot of best times. On top of that, our energy and passion are in a great place and the men are having a ton of fun doing what they love."
