TUCSON, Ariz. - The Arizona Women's Tennis team is set to take on Utah once more to kick off the Pac-12 championships. The two will square off in Ojai, Calif. on Wednesday afternoon at 12 p.m. MST.
The Cats finished the season at 11-11 overall and an outstanding 11-3 record when competing at home.
Talya Zandberg and
Gitte Heynemans led the team in wins with 11 a piece while Senior
Camila Wesbrooks was close behind with 10 herself.
The meeting between Arizona and Utah earlier this year tilted in the Wildcats favor with a 4-1 win at home. At the time the Utes were No. 38 ranked team in the nation and it had been the first win over a ranked team for Arizona since the 2015-16 season when they took down Houston on the road.
