Malibu, Calif.—The Wildcats bounced back today sweeping  UNLV 4-0 on Sunday afternoon. Arizona came out strong right away, with Marie Van Aelst and Kirsten Prelle setting the tone for the match by winning 6-0 followed by another 6-0 win from Abby Amos and Talya Zandberg. 

Freshman Khim Iglupas continued that momentum taking away the first singles victory defeating Connie Li 6-1, 6-0. Soon after Zandberg secured another point for the Cats at the No. 1 spot. Freshman Kayla Wilkins clinched the match defeating Olivia Elliott 6-1, 7-5. 

"We bounced back well today," head coach Ryan Stotland said. "It was good to see the energy was great from the very first point. We have been working on our starts and we did a great job improving that today. We look forward to playing at home and playing in front of the great Wildcat Nation!"
