The renewal deadline for 2020 football and 2020-21 men's basketball season tickets, philanthropic gifts and gift commitment payments has been changed to June 1. In addition, two new payment plan options are now available with more convenient extended deadlines. Existing payment plans may also be extended.
The COVID-19 pandemic is not only a medical crisis, it is presenting many of us with significant financial challenges. Your continued support of Arizona Athletics is crucially important during this time; therefore, we will be as flexible as possible to continue your active involvement. By adjusting the renewal deadline from May 1 to June 1 and offering new payment plans, we are trying to provide reasonable options for our valued season ticket holders and donors to meet their financial priorities while continuing to financially support our programs.
What are the new payment plan options?
- Plan 1 – Available to accounts with:
- Football season tickets
- Football and men's basketball season tickets (This plan does not include accounts with only men's basketball tickers - see Plan 2)
- Philanthropic gifts and gift commitment payments
- Final payment due Aug. 1
- Plan 2 – Available to accounts with:
- Men's basketball season tickets
- Men's basketball ticket-related Capital Campaign payments
- Final payment due Sept. 1
What if I am on an existing payment plan? Accounts currently on an existing payment plan will be charged their next payments as scheduled on April 1 and May 1, unless they request and sign up for a new payment plan with an extended final payment deadline.
How do I sign up for the new payment plan? You will not be automatically enrolled in a new payment plan. To enroll you must contact the McKale Ticket Office by phone at 520-621-2287 or call your personal development officer or account representative.
Will I receive the printed season ticket booklet and all applicable season ticket holder and Wildcat Club benefits (e.g. parking)? Yes, if you either:
- Pay in full by June 1, or
- Sign up for a new payment plan, make your first payment by June 1, and pay in full by the extended deadline date
- Accounts that are not able to complete their payment plan by the deadline will not receive the printed season ticket booklet (options for payments received after the deadline will include mobile, print at home, or generic printed tickets)
Why is June 1 an important date for full or at least partial payments? There are two reasons the June 1 deadline is an important date.
- Fulfillment: The information required to fulfill annual benefits such as parking, and to print season ticket booklets is needed by our vendors by June 10 in order to be delivered and returned to you before the start of the season. June 1 provides us with a few days to organize and deliver the required information by our deadline, as well as the ability to start our annual seat change and parking selection process for football and men's basketball.
- Budget: Our fiscal year ends June 30 and we rely heavily on these renewals to balance our budget.
While McKale Center and all campus facilities are closed to the public, our business operations remain open through phone (520-621-2287), email (

log into your online account, contact us, or call your personal development officer or account representative should you have any questions or want to sign up for the new payment plan.
We appreciate your continued support during this unsettling time. We cannot thank you enough for the financial support that you provide. This generous support in turn provides opportunities to over 500 student-athletes to attend the University of Arizona and compete at the highest level of intercollegiate athletics.
