TUCSON, Ariz. — Arizona Baseball head coach
Jay Johnson, in coordination with the Pac-12 Conference, today announced the Wildcats 2021 regular season schedule.
The campaign, which consists of 56 competitions, is highlighted by 34 home games at Hi Corbett Field, multiple nationally-ranked opponents, and a trip to Frisco, Texas to compete in the Frisco College Baseball Classic in early March.

"We are excited to be at the point of releasing our 2021 schedule and are looking forward to getting back into competition," Johnson said. "Our players are preparing well and looking forward to the challenges that this schedule presents."
The Wildcats formidable schedule includes 19 games against opponents ranked in the
Collegiate Baseball 2021 Preseason Poll. Arizona will face off against No. 3 UCLA three times, in-state rival No. 15 Arizona State four times, No. 41 Oklahoma twice, No. 45 Wichita State four times, No. 49 Oregon State three times, and No. 50 Stanford three times.
Seven of the Wildcats opponents, representing 17 games on the schedule, qualified for the 2019 NCAA Tournament.
Arizona opens the 2021 season on Friday, Feb. 19 at Hi Corbett Field for the first matchup of a four-game series against Ball State.
The Cats will also host nonconference home series against Southeastern Louisiana (Feb. 25-28), Wichita State (March 11-14), and Dixie State (May 27-29). In addition, Arizona will host midweek nonconference competitions against Arizona State, New Mexico State, and Grand Canyon and travel for road midweeks at Loyola Marymount, Grand Canyon, and Santa Clara.
Arizona's first big test of the 2021 season will come at the Frisco Classic in early March, where they will play twice against Oklahoma and once each against Dallas Baptist and Missouri. All four games in Frisco will be streamed online via
FloSports.
Conference play begins for the Wildcats on Friday, March 19 with the first of a three-game series at UCLA. Arizona will also travel for three-game conference series against Arizona State (April 1-3), Washington State (April 16-18), Stanford (May 7-9), and Oregon State (May 21-23) this year.
The Wildcats will host five series against Pac-12 Conference foes at Hi Corbett in 2021, beginning with Oregon March 26-28. Arizona's home conference slate is rounded out by visits from California (April 9-11), USC (April 23-25), Utah (April 30-May 2), and Washington (May 14-16).
Following the conclusion of the regular season will be Selection Sunday on May 30, NCAA Regionals June 4-7, NCAA Super Regionals June 11-14, and the NCAA College World Series in Omaha, Neb. June 19-30.
Television selections will be announced by the Pac-12 in the coming weeks.
