TUCSON, Ariz. – Arizona Gymnastics opened their 2022 season with the annual GymCat Showcase on Monday night in McKale Center.
The GymCats showcased their routines on the uneven bars, balance beam, and floor to give fans a sneak peek at the upcoming season. Arizona track and field assistant coach

Krystal Swindlehurst were the celebrity judges for the Showcase.
This event was the first time that Arizona's newcomers,
Lara Burhans,
Alysen Fears,
Elizabeth LaRusso, and
Emily Mueller, and sophomores,
Jessica Castles,
Madison Courney,
Elena Deets,
Caroline Herry,
Halli Mayberry, and
Taylor Raskin were able to experience the energy in McKale Center and see the fans.
The 2022 season officially begins for the GymCats at the Collegiate Challenge on Saturday, January 8 in Anaheim, Calif. Their home opener is Saturday, January 22 when the GymCats host Stanford and 2021 national runner-up Oklahoma.
Arizona Gymnastics season tickets are still available for purchase. For only $30, season ticket holders will receive admission to all five home meets.
