TUCSON, Ariz. -- Five recently former Arizona Wildcats, three members of the 2020 squad and two members of the 2019 team, showcased their skills in front of dozens of NFL scouts at Pro Day on Wednesday morning.
Running back
Gary Brightwell, defensive lineman
Roy Lopez, defensive back
Lorenzo Burns, wide receiver
Cedric Peterson, and safety
Tristan Cooper participated in an array of drills designed to display their talents ahead of next month's NFL Draft.
With this year's NFL Draft Combine canceled due to COVID-19 concerns, these five Wildcats returned to Tucson to showcase themselves in the hopes of earning a selection on draft day or a free agent contract in the days after.
