TUCSON, Ariz. - The Arizona Swim and Dive team opens their season with a matchup against Grand Canyon at 12 p.m. MST this Saturday, Oct. 15 at Hillenbrand Aquatics Center.  

This marks just the second time that the Wildcats and the Antelopes will face off against each other in the pool. The first time being in December 2020, where the Arizona men's and women's teams both defeated their opponents with final scores of 1,299-1,127 and 1,094-668, respectively. 

At last week's Intrasquad meet, Red took down Blue with several freshman swimmers making their debut in the pool. Amongst them are Julia Wozniak, who dominated the 50 free and the 200 free relay,  Haakon Naughton, who finished first in the 100 and 150 fly, and Ralph Daleiden, who took home first in the 100 and 200 free.
