TUCSON, Ariz. — Arizona outfielder
Mac Bingham has been selected as the Pac-12 Player of the Week for May 16, the conference announced this afternoon.
Bingham helped lead the Wildcats to a series victory over No. 2 Oregon State en route to earning the first Pac-12 weekly honor of his career. This marks Arizona's fourth weekly conference award of the season.
Across three games against the second-ranked Beavers, Bingham posted a .429 (6-for-14) batting average with two runs scored, two doubles, one home run, and five RBI. His three-run home run on Sunday afternoon was a major piece of the Wildcats comeback victory that sealed the series win.
