Susac, in his second collegiate campaign at Arizona, earned the second Pac-12 All-Conference selection of his career after also picking up the recognition as a freshman in 2021. Through the end of the 2022 regular season, Susac led the team and ranked fourth in the Pac-12 with a .363 batting average, while his 87 hits led the conference and ranked Top 10 nationally. Susac served as the Wildcats everyday starting catcher and logged an impressive .985 fielding percentage on a team-high 402 chances while throwing out seven attempted base stealers. His standout performances at the plate and in the field also earned his a semifinalist selection for the 2022 Golden Spikes Award.
O'Tremba, a junior and the Wildcats everyday starting right fielder, picked up his first career Pac-12 All-Conference honors after a breakout campaign. In his first opportunity as a regular starter, the Parker, Colorado native hit .358 with 47 runs scored, 30 extra-base hits, 49 RBI, and team-best marks in slugging percentage (.580) and on-base percentage (.456). O'Tremba opened the year with a statement performance at the 2022 College Baseball Showdown, earning him Pac-12 Player of the Week honors. In addition to his prowess at the plate, O'Tremba excelled in the outfield; across 51 starts in the outfield he registered a .990 fielding percentage, committing just one error in 100 chances. While leading the Wildcats on the field he also posted strong work in the classroom, graduating with a degree in Psychology and earning a selection to the CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team.
Flanagan, a fifth-year senior from Chandler, logged the best numbers of his career while working out of the Wildcats bullpen. Across a team-high 29 appearances the tall right-hander went 4-1 with a 1.47 ERA and 46 strikeouts in 43 innings of work. He held opponents without an earned run in 25-of-29 outings and limited opposing hitters to a meager .228 batting average. Flanagan's career-high 46 strikeouts came in bunches as he notched multiple punchouts on eight occasions.
Irvin, in his third season with the Wildcats, leads the team and ranks fourth in the conference with a career-best 2.65 ERA. The southpaw starter has gone 5-3 with 60 strikeouts and limited opposing hitters to a .214 batting average. Beyond the surface numbers his performance and impact on the Wildcats becomes even more obvious — in games started by Irvin in 2022, Arizona posted a record of 9-5; he also helped Arizona bounce back and pick up five wins in starts directly following a loss this year. Irvin issued a quality start in 11-of-14 outings on the year and has not seen his ERA go north of 3.00 in over a month.
Davis, a sophomore from Davis, California, powered his way to a historic campaign in 2022. The left-handed hitting outfielder slugged a team-best 16 home runs during the regular season, tied for second in the Pac-12. Of his 16 long balls this year, 10 of them came during conference play, matching the program's single-season conference record. Davis' 120 total bases and 28 extra-base hits both rank tied for 11th in the Pac-12 this season. Over the course of 55 regular season games he hit .282 with 47 runs scored, 11 doubles, one triple, 16 home runs, 48 RBI, and 43 walks; he was one of three Wildcats with an on-base percentage greater than .400 this year. One of the Wildcats most consistent contributors, Davis logged 20 multi-hit games and 12 multi-RBI performances.
